Flagly. (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and shared when you use Flagly.
Information We Collect
Flagly. does not currently require users to create an account and does not directly request personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or photos in order to use the app.
The app may, however, use third-party services that automatically collect certain information necessary for advertising, security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and operation of their services. This information may include device identifiers, IP address, advertising data, app interactions, diagnostic information, and general device information.
Advertising
Flagly. uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may process information from your device to provide, measure, limit, and improve advertising. Depending on your location, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Where required, Flagly. asks for your consent before data is used for personalized advertising. You may decline consent and continue using the app.

Privacy Choices and Consent
For users in regions where consent is required, Flagly. uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present privacy choices.
You may accept, reject, or manage applicable consent choices. Where available, you can review or change your privacy choices later through the app's settings.
App Tracking Transparency
Where required by Apple and applicable to the advertising configuration used by Flagly., the app will request permission before tracking you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
You may decline this permission. Declining tracking permission will not prevent you from using Flagly.
Remove Ads
Flagly. may offer a one-time in-app purchase that removes advertising from the app.
Purchasing Remove Ads does not require a Flagly. account. Purchase transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Flagly. does not receive or store your full payment card or banking information.
The Remove Ads purchase applies only to advertising removal. Future paid premium features or subscriptions, if introduced, are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Country, Quiz and App Activity
Flagly. may process interactions necessary to provide features such as exploring countries, taking quizzes, and using True Size comparisons. Unless otherwise stated in a future update to this Privacy Policy, Flagly. does not require an account for these features.
Third-Party Services
Flagly. may use:
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK — for advertising and related measurement and fraud prevention.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — for managing privacy and advertising consent choices where applicable.
- Apple App Store / StoreKit — for processing in-app purchases such as Remove Ads.
These third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
Data Retention
Flagly. does not currently maintain user accounts or a server-side database of personal user profiles.
Information processed by third-party services may be retained according to the respective provider's policies and applicable law.
Children's Privacy
Flagly. is a general-audience educational application and is not specifically directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required under applicable law.
We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.
You may also be able to withdraw or modify advertising consent through the privacy choices available in Flagly.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Flagly. changes, including when new features, services, advertising technologies, or premium features are introduced.
