Flagly is an educational and informational application designed to help users explore countries, flags, capitals, geographic information, country sizes, and related facts.

We aim to provide accurate and useful information, but geographic, demographic, political, and other information may change over time. Flagly does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

2. Educational and Informational Use

Content provided through Flagly is intended for general educational and informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon as professional, legal, political, travel, or other specialized advice.

3. Advertising

The free version of Flagly may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.

4. Remove Ads Purchase

Flagly may offer a one-time in-app purchase that removes advertisements from the app.

Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies. Flagly does not directly process or store your payment card information.

The Remove Ads purchase is associated with your Apple account and may be restored on eligible devices using the Restore Purchases option.

5. Intellectual Property

The Flagly name, branding, design, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Certain flags, geographic data, factual information, and other materials may originate from public or third-party sources. Relevant sources and credits are provided on our Sources & Credits page where applicable.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use Flagly for personal, lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the app, misuse its services, or reproduce or redistribute protected Flagly content in violation of applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services

Flagly may rely on third-party services for features such as advertising, analytics, payments, or external resources. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, add, or remove features or content as Flagly develops. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
